Pangaea Bistro & Bar

It was Ladies Night, finally found time to unwind. The chefs present last Saturday demonstrated exceptional skill in their culinary creations. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The dessert was amazing. I asked the bartender, who was blending various colors and flavors, about a mango drink. He informed me that it was a classic concoction that was no longer included on the menu. However, he kindly said he’d make it for me, not realizing he’d have to grab a mango (steal a mango) from the kitchen. After seeking my permission, he proceeded to prepare the drink, which was just perfect (thank you). Thank you for an awesome experience, Pangaea Bistro and Bar! We will be back!

The food here was insane. We came here for a double date and decided do family style dinner the whole way. We ordered 4 small plates, 3 entrees and 3 desserts. It was the perfect amount of food and seriously everything was delicious. Now I’m dying to go back just to order a full serving of the Wagyu Burger - dare I say it could be best burger in GSO?!? My only critic would be a few improvements in the atmosphere/aesthetic. It’s super spacious which is great but dimmer lighting and some elements to make the design more timeless would do it some justice. I only say this because the level of the food experience did not match the interior aesthetic experience. Food sooo good and will be back asap!

I finally got to stop by and order the Ube Cheesecake it’s rare to find this flavor and let me tell you it was so good. While we were waiting for out burger to be ready since we ordered that to go we sat at the bar section the employee’s were very welcoming and we decided to try the Ube dessert at the last minute and was well worth it. The vibe was relaxing while we waited on the burger it took about ten minutes and I will definitely be coming back to order the burger again, the meat was delicious not over cooked, I just loved the whole burger and the fries had a seasoning that added extra flavor. You have to try the Burger on the menu if you stop by. I was looking online at the pictures that were left in the reviews and saw the rice and shrimp and another item with seafood but the employee did explain the menu items sometimes change. Hopefully the items will get back on the menu in a few months. Pangaea was so delicious also the homemade ranch if you are a ranch dip lover ask for a side of it for the fries or to try.

Service is excellent, food is delicious. I’m coming back - my new favorite place in Greensboro. P.S.: The Old Fashioned is outstanding.

We visited for a pre-New Year’s dinner, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Our server, Alex, was phenomenal—his attention to detail and commitment to hospitality truly elevated our evening. Each course of our 3-course dinner was expertly prepared and arrived perfectly timed. While half the group explored the creative cocktail menu, the rest of us enjoyed the impeccable wine pairings. I’m genuinely surprised this gem isn't packed to the gills every night; it’s a must-visit

visiting the area for work and decided to give this place a go. food/proportions were very good, restaurant was clean and staff was very nice. forgot to take a picture of my entree but still had some left over to take home and eat the next day! also got a chance to try the ube cheesecake which was delicious! if i’m ever back in the area i hope to stop by here again
